Introducing E-institution
E-institution is a collection of several application modules developed to transform our institution of higher learning into a world class institution. They take away all the problems and chaos associated with school administration. They also provide accurate real time report necessary to make an informed decision to move the institution forward. The modules are:-
E-Mail Systems, Examination Organizer, E-Fees, Online Registration (With course Registration) , E- file system and Financial Controller
These applications are combined to deliver as shown in the chart below:
E-mail System
This is an electronic mail system for the staff and student of the institution. It allows mails to be sent within and outside the institution. E.g student email can be ade.bello@student.school.edu
Examination Organizer
This is an online system:
- Allows prospective student to register/apply for examination/ post UTME screening online
- Prospective student will get screening details such as date, venue, and screening slip with photo inscribed to prevent impersonation
- Automatically assign venue, examination number and batch number
- Gives institution real time report on number of candidates to expect for the screening
- Gives real time report on funds collected
- Allows multiple payment options
- Different sitting arrangement for different subjects is achievable

E-Fees
This is a secure and transparent online payment system. It has the following sub modules:
- Scratch Card Control and monitoring
- Direct Deposit Extraction and Management
- Debit, Credit and Cash cards integration and transaction Management system
- Outsourced Payment collection using our Merchant ID (Local and International Cards)
- Direct Payment collection(requires merchant ID and integration for each gateway)
Every candidate has an online ledger which can be linked to any existing database system.

Financial Controller
This is a financial management software. It takes away the ambiguity with record keeping while keeping a tab on financial position.
